Why is my Salesforce integration not working?

When testing your Salesforce email parser integration you will see a detailed error message in case we were not able to successfully insert a new record into your Salesforce CRM. 

The same error messages are available if you navigate to a specific e-mail and then to 'Webhooks'. You will see the API response of Salesforce when you click on the webhook request.

A common error messages and the probable reason is listed below. We will add more common errors here as they appear. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or an error not listed below.

This error message indicates that your Salesforce plan does not support API Webservices. While webservice access is included in the Enterprise and Unlimited plan, the Professional plan support API Webservice Integration as a paid add-on. Please contact your Salesforce administrator and ask to enable the 'API Webservice Integrations' feature.
