How can I update an existing record in Salesforce?

Our native Salesforce integration can automatically create a new record with data parsed from incoming emails. Unfortunately, the current Salesforce integration is not able to update an existing record in Salesforce.

It is however possible to use our connection with Zapier to find and update records within Salesforce. You can simply select the option here to Find or Create Record when a New Email is Parsed.
