How can I update an existing record in Salesforce?

Our native Salesforce integration can automatically create a new record with data parsed from incoming e-mails. Unfortunately, the current Salesforce integration is not able to update an existing record in Salesforce.

An improved Salesforce email parser integration is already in our development roadmap. This new integration will provide an 'upsert' function which will lets you update existing records or create a new record in one single step. Please contact us if you want to get early access to the new Salesforce integration.
