How can I update an existing record in Salesforce?

Our native Salesforce integration can automatically create a new record with data parsed from incoming e-mails. Unfortunately, the current Salesforce integration is not able to update an existing record in Salesforce.

We have had plans to upgrade our native Salesforce integration to be able to update existing records, but this has been put on the backburner in favor of more pressing features and we do not offer an ETA on implementation, sorry.

In the meantime, you can test our service with a trial account, or check us out on the Salesforce AppExchange.
