Why isn't my static value working when sending webhook data to Zoho?

When using mailparser to insert your parsed data as leads to Zoho, customers may want to use the Static Value option when linking fields to automatically assign the lead:

The static value will need to be set as the UserID or Email address of the user, the name will not work:
