What happens if I go over limit?
If you should go over your monthly email credit, any emails received will wait until queue until additional email credits are purchased or the plan is upgraded. No data will be deleted or destroyed and parsing will unlock as soon as additional parsing credits are available. We will send out emails prior to automatically turning off parsing to let you know when your quota is near full.
Additional parsing credits can be purchased by clicking Account (top right), then scrolling to the bottom. There will be options to purchase additional credits at your subscription's price per email. In addition to this you are also welcome to upgrade your plan should you anticipate an uptick in monthly volume.
