What are webhook integrations?

Webhooks are a system for automatically sending your parsed data to another system - such as a CRM, Google Sheet, a custom database, or to your own API. We offer a number of direct integrations, as well as access to integration platforms such as Zapier, Power Automate, and Claris Connect. Additionally, Mailparser also offers a custom webhook option that can be configured to send data directly to a private server or a service with an API.

The webhook system once configured, will automatically send a payload of your parsed data in JSON format and can in some instances be configured to send per email and per row.

Direct integrations with third-party products

Our direct integrations are very easy to set up. All you need to do is to create a new integration inside your Mailparser inbox, choose the application to which you want to send the data, and connect your account.

  • Salesforce
  • Google Spreadsheets
  • Zoho
  • Suite CRM

Integration Platforms

If we do not currently support a direct integration for your preferred endpoint, there is always the option to connect through a number of integration platforms that may provide a connection. Platforms such as Zapier will provide the option to connect Mailparser to more than 3,000 other applications and web services. You can also ensure the emails you collect are legitimate by using this email validation api we like a lot.

Generic/Custom Webhooks

The generic webhook option gives you the freedom to connect directly, without requiring another service. With the generic webhook option you can specify your target URL, adjust the payload format between JSON/XML/Form Data, configure the structure and also include additional information to the headers of your payload for handling authorization and any other requirements by your endpoint.

Getting Started

To get started with a webhook integration navigate to your Mailparser inbox and click "Integrations" on the left side of the screen. From here you will be presented with a number of direct options, as well as integration platforms and the generic webhook.
