Can I parse data from PDF attachments?

Parsing data from attached PDF files is as simple as parsing data from the body text of an email.  All you need to do is to set the data source of your parsing rule to "Attachments"

Then choose "Text content" in the first filter. This will give you the text content of the attached PDF file. (If your email has multiple attachments you may also need to use the option to Filter by type or Filter by name pattern)

Once you have the text extracted you can chain up multiple text filters to isolate a data variable. This works exactly as parsing data fields from the body text of an email.
