How long should it take for my data to be automatically imported and extracted?

Once your account is properly set up, we aim for your forwarded data to be automatically parsed and dispatched via your webhook in under a minute.

Please be advised that process times of ~10- 25 minutes is still normal operation - if you see a delay with your imported mail in excess of an hour, please raise a support ticket with us and we will investigate.
