How to requeue emails for Parsing and Dispatch
Our app automatically processes new email, but often after edits are made to emails they are not requeued for parsing, and they do not automatically send through any webhooks.
Requeuing emails for Parsing
In order to manually requeue your emails for parsing, navigate to the Emails tab when inside of a Mailbox:
Select the emails you wish to queue for parsing using the checkbox next to them, then select Perform Action > Move to Parse Queue:
Your emails will then be queued for parsing and the parsed data will be available as soon as the emails arrive back in the Parsed & Dispatched tab and are selected.
Requeuing emails for Webhook Dispatch
If you would like to resend the documents through and integrations/webhooks you have activated within the mailbox simply select the emails you wish to send and select Perform Action > Move to Dispatch Queue
Your emails will then be queued in the Webhook Dispatch Queue and send through to your endpoint. They will then arrive back in the Parsed and Dispatched tab where you can select the email and view the webhook response.
