How to Copy & Move Cell Content

When working with Table Data it can sometimes be necessary to copy cell content from one column to another, or even exchange cell content. With the filter "Copy & Move Cell Content" this is possible. This filter can be found under Refine Cell Values

This filter has 2 options to either Copy the Cell Content or Exchange Cell Content

Once you select which one you require you will then need to determine from which column to which column you want to copy or exchange, and if the copy option was selected where in the cell should that be inserted - in front or at the end, or replacing the content completely.
