Remove Lines and Entities Filter

What is it?

The Remove Lines & Entities filter has multiple options and uses for cleaning up any unnecessary tags, empty lines, or compressing the data into a single line.

How is it used?

Add Text Filter > Replace, Remove & Insert > Remove Lines & Entities

Remove Lines & Entities includes 4 modes; Remove Empty Lines, Remove Line Breaks, Remove Link URL's and Remove Images.

The first option in this "Remove empty" lines, will retain only rows where some content is present.

The second option "Remove line breaks" will collapse all rows into a single line.

The third and fourth options "Remove Link URL's" and "Remove images" can be used to help remove any HTML tags that may be present within the body of the email.
