Remove Blank Spaces Filter

What is it?

The Remove Blank Spaces filter can be used to clean up the output of your data – especially when capturing data within a sentence or adjacent to a field that contains spaces.

How is it used?

Add Text Filter > Replace, Remove & Insert > Remove Blank Spaces

After adding a Remove Blank Spaces filter, there are three options to choose from; 

“Trailing Blank spaces” which removes multiple blank spaces from the beginning or end of your text.

“Multiple Blank Spaces” which only removes spaces when two or more occur anywhere in the text.

“All Blank Spaces” removes all space between text.
