How to automatically retry failed webhooks

It is possible to automatically retry failed webhooks within your inboxes. To enable this setting navigate to your inbox and Settings > Failed Webhook Auto-Retry

Once selected you can then determine the number of retries that we will make, this has a maximum number of 4.

If the webhook continues to fail through all retries then it will not try again - but can be done so manually.

This setting is included for all Business and Enterprise users. This is available as a paid add-on for all other plans.

Note:  This feature is available only for users of Annual Plans and for monthly Business Plans onwards.
